Veterinary support is all we do — and we don't leave.
We spent years inside support organizations — help desks, specialty support, service desks — and watched the same pattern repeat. A cost decision that pencils out cleanly on paper, and underneath it, operational drag that doesn't: hold times creep, resolutions stretch, and the people answering never quite learn how the business actually runs.
Those costs rarely show up in quarter one. They surface a few months into a contract — the ticket that bounces three times, the workaround nobody wrote down, the outage where no one on the far end feels the urgency you do. So we built The Other Guys around the opposite bet, and pointed it at the one place it matters most: keeping veterinary hospitals focused on the patient on the table.
Together, our team brings about 75 years of experience in veterinary technology. We know the language, equipment, PIMS, PACS, imaging, and lab systems because this is the environment we've worked in, not a new industry we added to a sales page.
That experience has a practical purpose: keeping veterinarians and veterinary technicians with their patients. They should not lose hours on the phone teaching a general help desk how a veterinary hospital works before troubleshooting can even begin.
We take the technical side off your plate — the systems, the networks, the software, the fires nobody else wants to fight — and we don't disappear. No revolving door of contractors. No explaining your setup to a stranger every time something breaks. Just the same people — the ones who already know your practice — every single time.
That's the whole idea. It's right there in the name.
